Complete 33/11 kV outdoor substation — power transformer, switchgear, protection and control panels, commissioned to MSEDCL specification.




Scope of work
What we executed.
- Civil work — control room, equipment foundations, cable trenches
- Power transformer erection and oil filtration
- 33 kV and 11 kV outdoor switchgear installation
- CT/PT, lightning arrestor and isolator commissioning
- Control, relay and protection panel wiring and testing
- Earthing grid installation and resistance measurement
- SAT with MSEDCL and energization handover
Execution notes
From site, in plain terms.
Coordinated with MSEDCL field staff for outage planning and feeder synchronization. Civil interface managed in parallel with electrical erection to compress schedule.
Pre-commissioning tests included transformer winding resistance, magnetic balance, vector group, oil BDV, IR and HV tests on switchgear, and primary injection on CTs.
Final SAT documented to MSEDCL format. Handover included as-built drawings, test certificates and DLP support agreement.
