  • Transformer offloading, erection and accessory fitting
  • Oil filtration and BDV verification
  • Pre-commissioning tests — IR, ratio, magnetic balance, winding resistance
  • HV switchgear interfacing and protection coordination
  • Charging and load trial

Execution notes

From site, in plain terms.

Transformer offloaded using hydraulic jacks and rollers; alignment checked against foundation plates within tolerance.

Oil dried to BDV > 60 kV before energization. Buchholz and OLTC operations checked in parallel.

Energization completed in coordinated block with downstream 11 kV feeder release.
